These Terms of Service apply to your use of kitstores.com and purchases from KitStores. Our online store is hosted by Shopify. KitStores is responsible for the products and customer support offered through this store.

Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who is responsible for the purchase. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. Do not use the store for unlawful purposes, fraud, or interference with the website or other customers.

Products and made-to-order merchandise

Most merchandise is made to order by our production and fulfillment partners. Review the product description, available size information, colors, and selected options before ordering. Images are illustrative; screen settings and the production process can cause minor color or placement differences. This does not limit your rights if an item is defective, materially different from its description, or supplied incorrectly.

Product availability can change. We will contact you if a purchased item cannot be supplied and will offer an alternative for your approval or refund the affected unfulfilled item, including associated shipping and tax. We will not substitute a different item without your agreement.

Prices, payment, and order information

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed at checkout before payment. The price confirmed for an accepted order will not be increased without your agreement. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

An order acknowledgment confirms that we received your order. If we identify an availability issue, pricing error, suspected fraud, or another reason we cannot fulfill it, we will notify you and promptly refund any payment for canceled items. A correction to website information does not remove rights you have in connection with an existing purchase.

Production, shipping, and delays

Production and shipping are separate stages. Review our Shipping & Production Policy for estimates, delivery details, tracking, and delay handling. We do not guarantee arrival for an event unless we expressly agree to that commitment before purchase. If we cannot ship within the represented timeframe, we will provide the required delay notice and cancellation or refund option. Nothing in these terms limits remedies required by applicable law.

Cancellations and order changes

Request changes immediately through our Contact Us form, including your order number. Requests are not guaranteed once an order is submitted to production. See our Cancellations & Order Changes Policy for the full process, including exceptions for shipping delays and other legal rights.

Returns, defects, refunds, and size replacements

Our Returns, Refunds & Size Replacements Policy explains support for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items, the customer-funded size-replacement offer, and how refunds are handled. These made-to-order terms do not exclude rights for defects, inaccurate descriptions, incorrect items, or other rights provided by law.

Club stores and branding

Club storefronts display merchandise associated with the named club. Club names, logos, artwork, and other branding remain the property of their respective owners. Do not copy or reuse them without the necessary permission.

Submitting a club-store inquiry does not commit a club to proceed or establish a payout agreement. Product selection, branding permissions, any club earnings arrangement, and the launch process are discussed and agreed separately before a club store launches.

Privacy and third-party services

See our Privacy Policy for how personal information is handled. Payment providers and other third-party services may have their own terms. Those terms do not remove KitStores' responsibilities to you for your order.

Website access and your rights

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may update website content or suspend access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. These terms do not exclude any consumer rights, guarantees, liabilities, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

Updates will be posted here with a revised date. Updated terms apply prospectively; they do not retroactively reduce rights relating to an order already placed.
